Hinge-console machine for thermal cutting (HCMTC) "Strela-Pl" is designed to cut parts from the metal sheets according to a pattern or using circular mechanism. HCMTC "Strela-Pl" is a column with a rotary cross-arm, along which a carriage with a cutter is moved. Parts are cut according to a pattern by means of magnetic template-controlled mechanism. To cut circles both pattern and circular mechanism can be used. The machine can be supplied with any air plasma metal cutting Device PURM as well as with gas cutting equipment. The machine is equipped with a set of electromagnetic valves for automatic oxygen and gas fuel supply.
Modern technologies and best patterns of drive equipment are used to produce machines.
HCMTC "Strela-Pl" was developed according to the requests of the consumers who use machines of "ASSh" series. Main technological differences of this machine if comparing with machines of "ASSh" series are the following:
- "Strela-Pl" has two (and not one) rotary hinge which allows to get higher accuracy in preset circuit reproduction;
- carriage of executive mechanism is moved along pinpoint accurate machine "guide ways";
- machine working zone allows to process standard metal sheet of 1500x3000 mm;
- high speed of cutter's movement (up to 6 m/min) allows to apply plasma metal cutting technology;
- for operator's convenience control panel is made remote.
