Program for prime cost calculation of 1 meter metal's cut with "PURM" devices at different gages of cut metal.
This program was developed to simplify calculations of prime cot for 1 meter of metal's cut with air plasma metal cutting devices "PURM". It is based on "Calculation example of prime cost for 1 meter of metal's cut with device "PURM-180М". Calculationa procedure is taken without change. An extra opportunity was provided to calculate prime cost of 1 meter metal's cut for PURM-140, PURM-160, PURM-320 and PURM-400V devices. Moreover, numerical values of cutting speed and one cathode cutting length were added depending on the gage of cut metal..
The program lets to choose a device for which calculations and choice of metal gage are carried out. Appropriate columns are filled out automatically, but there is an opportunity to adjust them manually. Besides ,consumer should enter amount of working hours per day (for example, 8 hours by 1 shift work) and energy cost in the area (in kopecks). Two factors used in calculations are given for an average operator. Changing these factors we can clearly see how important qualification of a plasma operator is.
