To cut metal sheets thermal pipe cutting machines are widely used in industry. These machines are able to cut virtually any sheet and pipe metal with highest quality and rational financial investment.
Our company produces several types of thermal cutting machines which could be divided into 3 basic groups:
1. Portable thermal cutting machines.
This group is represented by portable machine for rectilinear metal cutting (PMRC) "Gran" and pipe cutter (PMPC) "Satellit".
PMRC "Gran" is designed for rectilinear metal sheet cutting with sheet length of up to 12 m and 30 to 540 mm wide strip cutting. Special "guide way" with reverse slats and plant rollers guarantees high rigidity construction, and as a result, superior quality of butt-end cutting.
PMRC "Satellite" is designed to cut pipes with 120 to 1440 mm in diameter as well as to bevel circular edges.
Modern technologies are used to produce machines, thus providing highest reliability and opportunity to operate them in field working conditions. Cutting speed of up to 2.5 m/min provides high productivity. Remote control panel makes our machines handy to use.
2. Stationary template-controlled thermal cutting machines.
This group is represented by hinge-console machine for thermal cutting (HCMTC) "Strela-Pl".
HCMTC is designed to cut parts from the metal sheets by means of magnetic template-controlled mechanism according to a pattern or using circular mechanism. Machine "guide ways" allows to achieve pinpoint accuracy in preset circuit reproduction. Handy remote control panel allows to manage cutting process remotely. Wide working zone of 1.5-3.0 m and high speed of up to 6.0 m/min provides high cutting performance.
3. Portal thermal cutting machines.
This group is represented by 2 portal thermal cutting machines (PTCM) "Parallel" and "Vertical"
PTCM "Parallel" and "Vertical" are modern machines designed for metal sheet cutting using given drafts and numeric program control.
PTCM "Vertical" is a multi-purpose machine which has 3 to 5 movement coordinates depending on version type, thus allowing to cut parts and bevel curvilinear edges simultaneously. Working zone of the machine falls within the range of 1.5x3.0 - 3.0x12.0 m.
Machine is equipped with automatic distance stabilization system between cutter and cut outd metal. PTCM "Vertical" can be equipped both with domestic (PURM, UPR) and foreign plasma cutting devices (Kjelberg, Hypertherm).
PTCM "Parallel", unlike PTCM "Vertical" has simplified numeric program control (2 controlled coordinates) and light portal with working zone of 1.5-3.0 m. This version is excellent for high cutting quality and performance with minimum investment.
