Portable machine for rectilinear metal cutting (PMRC) "Gran" is designed for rectilinear metal sheet cutting with sheet length of up to 12 m and 30 to 540 mm wide strip cutting.
PMRC "Gran" was developed according to the requests of the consumers who use machines of similar type. The machine is equipped with special "guide way" with reverse slats and plant rollers which guarantees high rigidity construction, and as a result, superior quality of butt-end cutting.
High speed of up to 5500 mm/min allows to use both gas (is included into delivery set) and plasma metal cutting technologies.
The machine can be supplied with any air plasma metal cutting device PURM. PMRC "Gran" can be used both in field and industry conditions.
PMRC "Gran" is supplied with a powerful controlled drive with asynchronous engine and consumables of leading world producers which provides high reliability of the machine.
Comparing PMRC "Gran" with modern machines "Gugark" and "Smena" has a number of substantial advantages:
- pinpoint accuracy in butt-end cutting due to special "guide way" and high rigidity construction;
